One thing I have to deal with TNI is the following:
In our company we work with Microsoft Windows operating systems and also with Microsoft Office (365).
We do not acquire licenses RETAIL, we work with VL (volume licenses/MAK).
The problem in Windows OS:
There is only one series and has a how many machines limit of apply; There are other series that are downgrade but belong to the same license.
TNI has no way of how to enter these particulars ones.
And apart is that when we scan the PC just read the last group of letters.
The current solution? Enter everything manually …. but the idea of it is that in all this human interference as low as possible, so that the final report is more genuine.

TNI has no way of how to enter these particulars ones.
TNI supports the first variant, but it does not support the second variant yet (downgrade licenses). Currently it is only possible to attach a license to a single software. We think it will be possible to add an ability to set the same license for multiple software in the future versions.

If the key shows only five last characters, it means that MAK (Multiple Activation Key) or KMS (Key Management Service) is used and it is not possible to retrieve the full key automatically in any way. The full key is not stored in the registry as usual. Even the VAMT tool from Microsoft (Volume Activation Management Tool), slmgr.vbs script for Windows (slmgr.vbs /dlv), and ospp.vbs script for Office (cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus) in the Office installation folder can show only five last characters of the key.
