Scan Failed

When I right click on a computer name in the tree on the left, click rescan, then click start scan, the scan fails. If I manually add the same computer to the scan, the scan works. The only difference I have noticed is right clicking to add a computer to a scan adds host.domain, whereas when I manually add a computer it only adds host to the scan list.

In a previous version the rescan worked. We are currently using 2.0.5 (1280).

Hi Jeff,
Are you using AD or Samba-based domain? Does this computer have dynamic IP address? What is the correct FQDN for this computer? Can you ping it from CMD by FQDN? (fully-qualified domain name)
