Hi there,

I am testing your solution now, I set up a scanner in an IP range, it seems working fine. But when I tried to see the scan result on a Network tree, I can only see 1 result, the last IP on my range.

What am I doing wrong?

I am currently on version 1.2.0 May 14 2019 on trial version.

Thank you.

Hello, Lucas.

Most likely, these devices - apart from the last one - were scanned earlier and are already present in some other group in the network tree.

Hello Mr. Administrator,

These devices are not presented in any other group in the network tree.

It is basically a new IP range that I am trying to add.

Hello, Lucas.

We need to analyze the logs to find out what's going on. Please go to
C:\Program files(86)\Network Olympus\Bin\Logs
Then find and open the file OlympusScanner.Scanner.log. Attach the log here or send us at support@softinventive.com
