Dear Support Team,

I'm now using trial version of TNM (60 days). Plan to buy if everything works fine.

Issue encountered: Unable to send out an email notification

Email configured in TNM (for test purpose):

#from gmail to gmail --> Not working

smtp.gmail.com - tried out port 25, 465, 443, 587

gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com - tried out port 25, 465, 443, 587

#from yahoomail to yahoomail --> Not working

smtp.mail.yahoo.com - tried out port 25, 465, 443, 587

#from mail.ru to mail.ru --> Not working

smtp.mail.ru - tried out port 25 & 465

#cycled emails for sender and receiver (gmail-yahoomail-mail.ru) --> Not working

Kindly please find latest log as per attached (using mail.ru; send to gmail)

Can you please advise the way to get the send email works (as for now, I was only referred to TNM user guide - all steps followed) ? Need your kind support here. Thx

Hello.

Have you tried enabling POP or IMAP on the recepient's email account?

A sure way to send emails via SMTP servers that require SSL/TLS encryption (such as gmail) is to use the "Execute application" action together with some external client with TLS support (for example, SwithMail or SendEmail).

Hi Support Team,

a. Already enabled POP3 on recipient's email.

b. Tried on SwithMail but the file saved was .xml rather than .exe which supported by TNM

It's still doesn't work

Hello.

a. Already enabled POP3 on recipient's email.

Have you checked your spam folder for delivered messages?

b. Tried on SwithMail but the file saved was .xml rather than .exe which supported by TNM

The xml file is where the settings are stored.
SwithMail.exe must be the file run (using Execute application) with the following command line parameters:
/s /x "[PATH TO SwithMailSettings.xml]"

See SwithMail readme for additional information.
