Total Network Inventory 3.2 crashed with nvinit.dll

Hi,

 

i have a problem with the TNI3 on some Notebooks.

After scanning, i receive this Windows (see attachment).

 

Any solution ?

Hi Jay,

 

Our apologies for the inconvenience. We haven’t encountered such error before. The agent file crashes for some reason.

Please let us know if you are running a remote scan or you’re scanning this computer manually by running the agent file?

i use the agent.exe with the login script. this is a manually scan.

i try with the parameter "/nodrivers" but i receive also the error.

The correct parameter is “/nodriver”. Also, please try running the agent manually as administrator. Let us know the result.

We have try with Admin rights, But we receive the same error.  :(
