I recieve Green Email but not Red

When I look in the log I see the Red events and Green events but I usually don't get the Red Email, only the Green.

 

In Email\Actions\Common I have Green, Red and Black Checked. and entered 2 times in a row, On Startup but not Repeatedly.

 

What does times in a row mean,

What does repeatedly mean

I assume that on startup means send an email upon the first test of a startup.

I've had to spend some time fiddling with the settings to get it to work so I can tell you:

1. Times in a row = After the event has happened X time(s) in a row raise the action - eg. 10 ping fails.

2. Repeatedly = Repeatedly raise the action every time the event occurs - eg. after 10 ping fails send on every subsequent failure.

3. On startup = I'm not so sure on this one, sorry...
