TNM wont continuously

TNM wont run continuously to monitor the network devices as expected. I open the monitoring the tool and make sure it running in the system but when I open the system next day, its not running. In other words, I wont be alerted for outage.

 

Did anyone else experience this issue? Is there a way to make this tool run continuously?

Dear Nick,

As we found out in our email conversation, the problem was in a limited number of installations allowed by your license. The program is force closing if the number of installations exceeds the licensed number. We plan to add a notification to make this license protection feature more evident.
