I've recently upgraded from TNI2 to TNI3. Now this version is not scanning all my assets in our AD. Version 2 worked perfectly fine. My assets hang at 5%. Anyone have any insight with this? Tech support has not responded to any emails and their phone numbers are useless.

I have replied as of 9/23/2014 and am still awaiting a response. In that email, I attached the tniwinagent.log file as requested. Ticket#2014072542000051

I had the same problem. The reaction time from the support is very slow. I use now an older version from TNI and wait for the fix.

Yea, the older version works perfectly. But I'm annoyed I paid to renew my support with them and I've gotten nearly NO RESPONSE!

Has anyone tested the new update 18.104.22.1685? Is the problem resolved?

For your information: with the version 3.1.3 (build 1771) is the problem resolved.
