I've installed TNM on a Windows Server 2008 R2 and i've setup a monitor on a service in a remote server.

The alert is based on mail and the mail test is successful. For testing, i disabled the service on remote server and the monitor becomed RED but don't send any mails.

Can anyone help me, please?
