So, I set up network monitor to monitor one IP. My settings are as follows - Send email on Green and Red. I received email notification for Green. But,not for Red - Red is the most important to me as the IP is down. Is this by design? Did I not configure something correctly?

Seems to be working now. haven't changed anything. Weird. Oh well. You can delete this thread.
