Hello,

I have set TCP/IP Probe for Port 389 (LDAP), but it is not showing correct result. It is showing me in RED color.

but when i same verify with telneting 389, i am able to telnet.

for eg:- telnet 10.10.10.1 389 ( it shows that 389 port is working )

I have also check by making my firewall off, still it is showing me in RED color.

Please guide me, where i am doing mistake

Regards,
Param

There is a known issue with the TCP/IP probe: it does not work with any port that is not listed in the predefined list of ports. Though I'm not sure why it's not working with LDAP port, as it's on the list. Unfortunately we can't check it right now.

Do you have any advice how to do that ?

Thanks in advance,
