Hello !
I am testing your software and i have problem with icmp. I have 83 devices with icmp monitor and lot of time few monitor return result "Requested timed out 50% losses" but the device is always up. If i reload the monitor ping is ok. In one day it's lot of email notification for nothing who are send. I have changed timeout and number packets field but again few monitor are considered down.
Maybe I missed any configuration against this ?

Yes but this solution not solve the problem... Just ignore it. I think it's not normal that my device are considered "timed out" imo.

It's just the logic of the probe that you have to take into account. It is programmed in a way that if there are to retries and one of them fails, the monitor becomes red. So it's better to set one retry, and set the alert to be sent after 5 (for example) consecutive red states (the option "N times in a row").
